Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Mr. Kitack Lim visited Gemak TGE Shipyard during his stay in Türkiye for Mare Forum 2019 Conference. Gemak TGE Shipyard hosted Mr. Kitack Lim on behalf of Turkish Shipbuilders Association (GİSBİR). A briefing was given about the prevailing dynamics of the vibrant Turkish Ship Building industry and Gemak Group's vast experience about Ballast Water Management Systems (BWMS) and scrubber retrofit projects, as well as higlighting the capacity for repairs, conversions and the industrial projects with several references.
