Quality Department is in charge of verifying total customer satisfaction. They check the works done by using yard's own standards, applicable international rules and classification society regulations. They are fully authorised to control the quality of the actual work before submission to the customers. It is their routine to check if the application is correct and the work is done in accordance with rules and regulations.

They start checking from sub-suppliers' mills, subcontractors' workshops and continue with periodical calibration of yard's equipment and certification of man-power. Gemak's after delivery guanatee is granted by Quality Department.
